Transcript of Kindness
"Mockingbirds don't do one thing but make music for us to enjoy....but sing their hearts out for us. That's why it's a sin to kill a mockingbird"
My Favorite Activity
"Kindness is loving people more than they deserve and treating everyone like they will be dead by midnight"
What Is Kindness?
Kindness is sitting with the new kid at lunch
Kindness is "Ladies first"
Kindness is helping someone pick up the papers they dropped.
Kindness is "Do you need some help?"
Kindness is letting someone else have the last piece of Kringler.
Kindness is "Are you ok?"
Kindness is sitting in the last stall of the bathroom with the girl that won't stop crying and saying "Everything is going to be alright, I'm here for you"
That is what kindness means to me.
My favorite activity on kindness that we did in class was when we drew a comic strip depicting an act of kindness that we had done or seen before. I liked this because I had so many different ideas and I got to be really creative with mine.
This painting is of a soldier on D-Day dragging a wounded soldier to safety.
I think that this shows kindness because when he could have continued on he decided to potentially risk his life by using precious time and energy to try and save someone else he might not have even known
