Effect: If this happens the heart may not get the blood to work well. This can cause systems such as chest pain, pressure, or stroke. Over time this can weaken and damage the heart. If the plague breaks off it can cause a heart attack.
People:In the United States about 600,000 people die from coronary heart disease every year.
Cure: Lifestyle changes, medicines, medical procedures and surgery.
Cause: The main cause of COPD is tobacco this includes secondhand smoke.

Effect: This causes damage to the walls of the sir sacs in the lungs.

People: There are approximately 3.1 million deaths.

Cure: No cure.

Cause: This is caused tiny bacteria known as bacteria or viruses. These viruses are passed between people when a person coughs or sneezes.

Preterm Birth Complication
I did not know that so many people are affected by preterm birth complications. I didn't know that a stroke can do many things like, speaking, numbness, seeing etc. I also did not know that so may diseases are caused by bacteria in the air or from people that are infected. The information that surprised me the most was HIV and AIDS because it goes straight to your nervous system and takes over your body. I would study either lower respiratory Infection or stroke because it seems more interesting to me than any other slide. I learned a lot about these diseases and what they can do. I thought that this was a great subject to make a presentation on because you can learn many new things and it can be helpful to prevent you from getting these diseases.
