Transcript of Albert Einstein
Albert grew up like most kids and his childhood was very normal. He grew up with a family that loved him and wanted the very best for him. His parents were often angry with him because he could not talk and did not start to talk until he was 3 years old and because of this, he went to a special school, that not all kids went to. He went to this school so he could get special help with learning.
Albert Einstein was born on March 14, 1879 and was the first child born to Hermann and Pauline Einstein. He was born in a small town, called Ulm, Germany. On November 18, 1881, Einstein became a big brother, to his sister named Maja.

play, even when he got older.
The Education of Einstein
In 1885, Einstein went to school at the
the Catholic school in Munich. He would go to this school, through elementary. Three years later, he went to a new school, named Luitpold-Gymnasium. When he went to this school, Einstein did not get along with his teacher so he left the school and moved to Italy to live with his family. In July 1900, Einstein graduated from school with a diploma as a teacher.
Einstein was always interested in science and physics so he wanted to be a science teacher but it was very hard for him to find a job as a teacher where he lived. He decided to move from his house in Zurich, thinking he would find a job as a teacher somewhere else. He moved to Berne but he did not find a job as a teacher. Einstein needed a job so he took the job working as a patent clerk. When Einstein did not have to work as the clerk, he would work as a physics.
In 1905, Einstein was able to get some of his science work printed.
One piece of his work that was printed, was about the special theory of relativity.
The second science work, is very famous, it is the formula:
Energy = Mass x Speed of light
Speed of Light
Mass is how heavy an object is.
Albert Einstein's Family
On January 6, 1903, Albert married a lady that he
went to college with, her name was Mileva Maric.
Albert and Mileva had one girl and two boys, the oldest boy was born in 1904 and his name was Hans Albert. The
baby boy, was born in 1910, his name was Eduard.
Their daughter's name was Lieser, she died when she
was very young. Albert and Mileva were married for many years but got a divorce in 1919.
When Albert divorced Mileva, he married another
lady. The lady's name was Elsa and she was his
cousin. Albert and Elsa did not have any children.
Einstein was very interested in science and he continued
to work on his science projects, even when he got older. From his hard work for many years, people became interested in his science projects and this made him famous . In 1921, Albert won the Noble Prize for his science work in Physics, the "photoelectric effect".
After the Noble Prize
After winning the Noble Prize, Einstein
stayed focused on science but started to live a calm
life. He moved from Germany in 1932 and never went back, he moved to Princeton in the United States in 1933 with his family.

Einstein died at 76 years old, on April 18, 1955
