Who Is Robert Pickton?
Robert William Pickton is a man best known for the famous serial killings of the missing vancouver women from 1983-2002. You may or may not be familiar with this particular case from a popular 2 part criminal minds episode that was based in Sarnia, Ontario. Robert was born October 24th, 1949 in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. He is a former multi millionaire pig farmer responsible for the murders of 89 women.
Early life
Robert and his two siblings David Pickton and Linda Louise inherited the family farm where later Robert would commit his crimes. Robert was locally considered a quiet man whom, was best known for throwing wild parties and raves that included many prostitutes and drug users at a converted building near his pig farm called "The piggy palace." The piggy Palace served as a banquet hall for Robert and his Brother Davids non-profit organization the Piggy Palace Good Times Society which was intended to "organize, co-ordinate, manage and operate special events , dances, shows and exhibitions on behalf of service organizations, sports organizations and other special groups. The piggy palace had soon lost its non-profit status in January of 2000, for failure to provide mandatory financial statements and was shut down. Parties no longer continued.
Early Life

Eventually after grade 8 Robert discontinued school and kept to himself. There was an incident that happened with his brother Dave that reveals a lot about his mother. On the evening of October, 16th, 1967 when dave was first learning to drive he took his fathers truck and headed down the road. A 14 year old boy named Tim Barret was walking down the road, how it happened well no one can say but he hit him dead on. Dave imediatley called his mother Louise in a panic and asked her to come to him. when his mother got there what she did
