Business Presentation
Formal tutorial or introduction of business practices or products.

Typically carried out using audio/visual presentation material.

Examples projectors and statistical documents created with presentation software, or more rudimentary materials such as flip charts and whiteboards.
Effective Opening
Make audience comfortable.

Introduce yourself without self-aggrandizement

Introduce the modus operandi, without complicating details.

Forget Comedy.

Minimize You.
Structure and Delivery
Start fast.

Project energy.

Move around the room.

Make eye-contact.

Speak with good loudness and pace.

Avoid distractions
Selling products and
services.
Sales pitch - a line of talk that attempts to persuade someone/something with a planned sales presentation strategy of a product or service designed to initiate and close a sale of the product.
Dealing with Questions
There maybe a short question-and-answer (Q&A) session at the end of presentation.


For your audience to ask any questions they may have about what you have just presented.
Main goal : To sell our product to our customer
Products : - Features
- Advantages
- Benefits
- Present marketing plan
-Explain our business proposition (Value/
cost comparison)
-Must keep in mind the audience and their
needs.
Guidelines on how to handle questions
effectively.
Make eye contact with questioner.

Focus on question and listen carefully.

If don't understand the question , ask the questioner to repeat.

Restate the question.

Deliver the question to whole audience.

Answer is to the point.
Answer calmly and confidently.

Don't offend the questioner.

Don't pretend to know the answers.
Troubleshooting
-Find the faulty component

-Correct the problem

- Verify the correction
Before you start presenting
- Double check all the plugs are connected especially the power plug.

- sometimes, when a software program freezes up or has an error, you need to close the program.

-Sometimes files need to be removed, Then you should force to quit the program.
How to force quit program
-Hold down the CTRL , ALT and DELETE key.

-Then a menu will appear that lets you quit the
application you are in.


1.First, make sure that the connection to
the network is tight

2. Check to make sure light next to
network card is blinking

3. Reboot your computer

4. Contact your network adminstator
