How teacher should implement it in teaching, it's another story...

Look forward to:
hear some examples on how some teachers use ICT in their classes,
hear some ideas and theoretical approaches,
materials, videos and links to work out your imagination,
hear about a project Tempus iSheds.

= "An important issue in the use of tutor programs with pupils with SEN is the extent to which they are used to include or exclude learners from participation in group activities." (Mead, 1994,in Florian, 2004)
= earning with an emphasis on assisting learners to collaboratively construct knowledge (Reed and McNergney 2000, in Florian, 2004).
= word-processing programs, spreadsheets and hand-held computers
= These include electronic language boards, voice synthesizers and voice recognition software. It is said that e-mails and chat rooms are common example of how network can be used. They can have a particularly ‘equalizing effect’ because participants choose what to disclose about themselves. Disability or special educational need is not a defining characteristic of the participant, nor is it necessarily a barrier to participation.
