What is Culture?
The behaviors, belief, and characteristic of a particular social, ethnic, or age group.
The ability to serve people in a respectful way.
In Japan it's impolite to fill your glass first.
In India and Muslim countries it's rude to eat with your left hand.
How to become competent
We think it's important to learn a cultures religion, dress, and food but the most important thing is to first manage PREDJUDICE.

Learn to manage your feelings by being around these people and trusting them
WHY YOU FEEL THIS WAY
There's no such thing as a first impression.
Strangers constantly remind you of someone you know.
That connection can lead to a reaction based on your experiences with the same kind of people.

our results were very surprising because the responses were mostly the same
people around us
