May 5th Japanese families put up colored streamers shaped like fish, in honor of their children. Day of the Dead
November 2nd Mexican families offer food to the dead and then have a meal in a cemetary. Thanksgiving
Autumn In October in Canada and in November in the United States, people celebrate the harvest by preparing a large meal. They usually serve roast turkey. Let's celebrate! What other special days do you have? What's your favorite holiday or festival?
