i think that i did pretty well on my plate besides that i was missing dairy because i can't really drink milk . according to the "myplate.gov" recommendation eating grains and proteins would good enough. i ate more vegetables than recommended and the same implies for the fruits.
i am happy how my plate came up but i will try and put some effort on trying to put dairy into my plate.
