The TFCC is an important pulley for the ECU tendon, After release of the TFCC from its distal ulna attachment, the ECU tendon excursion increases by 30% during wrist extension. Tang (1998).

Can we derive potential predictors that guide clinical decision making in subjects with ulnar wrist pain?
For research Q.3 CPR

Dichotomize patients as having successful vs. non-successful outcome (50% reduction in pain, score of +4 or more on GRC)
Compare the potential variables obtained from history, P.E, Lab. Between the 2 dichotomized group (t-test for continuous variables, Chi-squared for categorical variables). P<.10 not to miss any potential variables.
Multiple regression analysis will be then performed for variables with significance difference to come up with regression model that best predict the outcome (potential variables that predict the success of physical therapy treatment).
