Domestic Tourism
- To provide an internationally competitive range of seaside resorts for Morocco
- Strengthen Morocco's seaside resorts on both Atlantic and Mediterranean shores
Enhancing the range of cultural experiences on  offer by making the most of tangible and intangible  heritage:
Developing specific accommodation, reconversion of historical monuments, building important museums, enhancing and  adding value  to  traditional festivals
This program aims to make of Morocco a new international destination for the well-being and health. This is to capture business tourists and extend their stay by offering different activities (sports, welfare, entertainment and culture).
The main objective of this program is to create a rich and diversified entertainment offer which will complement the basic tourism infrastructure and strengthen the Moroccan offer, making it more attractive and competitive.
To reach this purpose, theme parks inspired from the world’s most successful models in the entertainment industry, offering a wide range of day and night entertainment activities, targeting different segments
This program will start with the achievement of the BILADI resorts launched during the last decade. In fact, the BILADI Plan aimed to develop eight resorts in the most popular regions for domestic tourists, meeting their expectations concerning travel behavior and purchasing power.
