8.07. "Square of Hope" Terrorist attack in Japan Terrorist attack in London. Terrorist attack in the United States. Terrorist attack in Delhi, India. USS Cole bombing, Yemen American Embassy bombings,
Nairobi and Dar es Salaam These six pictures represent six different terrorist attacks that have happened all throughout the world. Each one effected the world as we know it today. The first one was in Japan between the US during the second World War. It was the bomb dropping on Hiroshima. The second one was a terrorist attach in London in 2005. A suicide bomber went into a subway and bombed it. The 3rd one happened right here in the United States, we call it 9/11. Two terrorist plans crashed into the World Trade center and many people died. In India(2005) three explosions happened in a railway station, a crowded market, and inside a bus on a busy street. The USS Cole bombing in Yemen happened in 2000 and it killed 17 people. The American Embassy bombings, which happened in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam occurred in 1998 and killed 223 people! Religious fundamentalism impacted the world in many ways. In fact, most of the terrorist attacks are actually religious fundamentalism! For example, poor economic growth Tanzania has caused a recent rise of religious fundamentalism in Tanzania. A great physical example would be 9/11; how the suicide bombers physically blew up the Trade Centers in Washington DC. Psychologically in Japan when the United States bombed Hiroshima that left many civilians with mental problems, and Psychologic problems as well. The United States has taken precaution and has made it stricter here, especially in when it comes to flight. We don't allow any type of object that can hurt someone onto the plane, or least on someone. The world has also responded to terrorism as we did, I would think, tightening things up, and making it harder to sneak bad things over to their country.
