Comprehensive charges include cable, laundry, and Internet. Rates are per semester. Additional information about each residence hall including available amenities, features and sample room layouts is available from the room rates page on the Housing Services website at http://housing.cua.edu/halls/roomrates15-16.cfm
Graduate, Law, and Non-Traditional students assigned to traditional double and single rooms with Caldwell and Seton will be primarily living with their peers. It is possible some Non-Traditional Juniors and Seniors may also be assigned to this community.
Unfortunately on campus housing is only available for individuals. Housing Services encourages you to review the Off-Campus Housing Resources at

For the Fall semester the halls open on August 27, 2016 and close on December 18, 2016. For the Spring semester the halls open on January 8, 2017 and close for non-graduating residents on May 7, 2017 and for graduating residents on May 14, 2017.
