Amb la utilització de la "Pluja d'idees" es descobrixen noves idees i solucions creatives i innovadores, trencant paradigmes establerts.
REGLES
Enfatitzar la cantitat i no la qualitat de les idees.
Evitar crítiques, evaluacions o judicis de les idees presentades.
Presentar les idees que surgeixen a la ment, sense elaboracions o censures.
Estimular totes les idees, per molt "roïnes" que poguen parèixer.
"Utilitzar" les idees dels altres, creant a partir d'elles.

6. Connexions Morfològiques forçades
Una vegada definit l’objecte creatiu i que s’hagin generat unes quantes idees (braimstorming), li donem encara un nou gir. Desfragmentem l’objectiu creatiu en components que fins aleshores no havíem pas explorat i els llistem per blocs. Els connectem, els creuem a l’atzar, i observem relacions estimulants i generadores d’idees poc convencionals i usuals.
