no advantage over those
who can’t.”

When you are in the library with your classroom teacher, their classroom rules apply.
Reading has helped me see all the possibilities available to me.  I can reach any height!  That's me tandem paragliding off the top of a mountain.
Gum is allowed as long as I can’t see it or hear it being chewed.
No pop, candy or other food is allowed in the library.
Students must be respectful of others in the library. If I can hear students talking at my desk, they are being too loud. One warning and they will be asked to go back to their classroom.
The library is not a social gathering place. You must have a reason/
pass
for being here.
