Transcript of How to build a TEDx all-star team

Find people capable of taking responsibility for certain areas
Don't be afraid to entrust people something they have never tried before. Uncover new talents and learn "on-the-fly". Grow together.
Insource
Invite great people to become part of the team.

Do not outsource unless you know that you are on the same wave-length with the professional supplier.

Do not outsource communication and PR.
Work together
Make impotant decisions together, carry out assignments in small teams.

Share as much as possible.
Keep the Team Small
Make sure you can sit around one table.

Make sure everybody knows everyone in person.
Share Positive Energy
