Transcript of Hogwarts

Cell City

Dumbledore would be the nucleus because he is the Headmaster of Hogwarts, like the control center of a cell.
The mitochondria is the Ministry of Magic because it is the Department of Magical Education which controls all the power/magic that is used.
The owl post is the Golgi because the owls deliver packages and mail.
The Floo Powder Network is the cell membrane because they are in charge of who uses Floo Powder to come in and out of places.
The spell that shields Hogwarts is the cell wall because it protects Hogwarts.
The vacuole is the students' school trunks because it stores their possessions.
The house elfs are the ribosomes and lysosomes because they are basically the castle's maids and chefs.
The Herbology classroom is the chloroplast because students grow plants that are used to make potions.
School hallways, apparating, and portkeys are all the E.R. of Hogwarts. Apparating is basically teleporting from one place to another and a portkey is an everyday object enchanted to instantly bring anyone touching it to a specific location.
Air is Hogwarts' cytoplasm because it is what fills the castle.
