the East Room of The White House. On Feb 25th, 2010, MILTON is the first designer to ever receive "The National Medal of Arts". Achievements & Awards Milton being one of the most well known designers has permanent collections in museums all around the world.

Edward Sorel In 1968, Glaser and Clay Felker founded New York magazine, where Glaser was president and
design director until 1977. Named the magazine after his home town. The original sketch made in the back of a taxi. "It has been described as ‘the most frequently imitated logo design in human history." BROOKLYN BREWERY Columbia Records NY Winter Festival, Mountain Man, 1982 Julliard Vase, 1980 Temple University Music Festival, 1975 Charvoz, Prism, 1984 Self Help Strategies, 1979 Wolf Trap Revival, 1982 Elvis, 1979 Glaser had a mentor, Giorgio Morandi. Milton Glaser, Inc. was established in 1974 in Manhattan, and is still producing work in a wide range of design disciplines.
