Sikhism is a religion originating in India with approximately 25 million followers worldwide.
The "five evils" of Sikhism are:
Ego
Anger
Greed
Attachment
Lust The positive human qualities taught to Sikhs are:
Truth
Compassion
Contentment
Humility
Love Sihks are required to not cut their hair. For men, this applies to the beard as well as the wearing of a turban. Sikhs are also required to be pacifistic and peaceful, and are expected to remain so even in situations that threaten their lives. So, why is peacefulness
such an
important tenet of Sikhism?
