Our planet is positioned in between Uranus and Neptune because Uranus and Neptune are far away from the sun and our planet is going to have rings formed around it and the rings are made of rocks and ice, they need to stay cold. Our planet is 3,683,260,000km away from the sun and it is 32 AU away from the sun
What is the atmosphere on your planet and why is this imported?
The atmosphere on our planet is thick so it can't support human life. Our planet contains frozen ices like nitrogen, methane, and carbon monoxide. So when our planet is closer to the sun in its orbit,the warmth from the frozen ices.
What is the climate on your planet and why?
The temperature for our planet is -114C and -281F, that is another reason why our planet can't support human life. The atmosphere is too cold because our planet is too far away from the sun.

Our planet is a dwarf planet because it is too small to small to support human life.
