Stress Management Plan Stress Assessment Everyone copes with stress. The question is are they healthy coping styles that you are using?

Styles This type of stress builds up over a long period of time and erodes our mental and physical well being Fatigue & Overwork
Stress Environmental stress is stress caused from the environment – our surroundings. Issues such as:

Stress Survival stress
When we are threatened physically, our bodies prepare to fight or flee, often referred to as “fight or flight”.

In stressful situations such as these, our bodies respond in ways to help us, such as respiratory rate increasing, awareness intensifying, sight sharpening and impulses quickening. 66% of all doctor visits are due to stress related symptoms
54% of workers are concerned about health problems due to stress
