The purpose of this talk is to explain the balance between food/nutrition, mental health, and physical health.

Eating habits are known as nutritional routines that every person has developed throughout their life.
According to the World Health Organization:
Good nutrition is a fundamental element of health.
If you don't have adequate food you will have poor nutrition. Which can cause
vulnerability to diseases.
a reduction in Physical and mental development.
a reduction in productivity.
Is the process by which living organisms consume different types of food with the aim of getting the necessary nutrients for survival.

Plant Base Protein
Grain (cereal) food, mostly wholegrain and high cereal variability.
If you don't exercise
Women 2 litres of water.
Men 3 litres of water.
If you exercise
Women 3 litres of water.
Men 4 litres of water.
3/6 MEALS PER DAY
25 grams of sugar per day.
2 grams of sodium per day.
High blood pressure.
Eat more vegetables and fruit.
Less sugar and less salt.
You can't skip your breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Sleep 6 and/or 8 hours per day.
Practice 30 minutes of exercise three days per week.
