Eating habits are known as nutritional routines that every person has developed throughout their life.
NUTRITION
According to the World Health Organization:

Good nutrition is a fundamental element of health.

If you don't have adequate food you will have poor nutrition. Which can cause

vulnerability to diseases.
a reduction in Physical and mental development.
a reduction in productivity.
NUTRITION
Is the process by which living organisms consume different types of food with the aim of getting the necessary nutrients for survival.
