Meeting with all individual departments to establish every need.

Paper files were manually carried around to each department for comments to be hand written onto an outdated sign off sheet containing over 50 points to check.
Similar file names were causing confusion:

Family Mixed Leaf Salad
Family Mixed Babyleaf Salad

Comments were being added to the incorrect paper work.
Hand written comments were hard to understand as often written in a rush.

Comments were being missed having got lost within the large folders.


Artwork can be submitted at any time.

People were not able to schedule in the review of the artwork as the physical copy was required to be signed off there and then.

Created a new folder structure based on feedback and contacted I.T. for this to be set up in the S Drive and assigned access rights for each department.
Collated all files into new folder structure
and developed the review form to enable all files to be easily accessible with the use of hyperlinks on one page.

Identified an area of consistency throughout all retailers and the designs to establish a way for all artwork files to be identified by a specific code to solve the issue of mistaking similar names.
