PURCHASING DASHBOARD
A Quick Guide for Users

OVERVIEW
PR DETAILS
NARROW DOWN YOUR SEARCH
Users are able to narrow down their search by selecting specific information from the drop down bars. This allows you to quickly reach the exact information or report that you need.
RFQ DETAILS
RFQ Details gives users precise information about the vendors. Select whether you want to see a full summary, the RFQ details, the qualified vendors, as well as the invited and non invited vendors. One can also select the exact dates of the report he/she needs to view.
PO DETAILS
VIEW OF THE REPORT
Users can choose to view the report by selecting between the following options:

PO details, Recruitment Cycle or On-time Delivery.
EXPEDITING
TIP
Whether you need to find a specific material, a certain company or vendor, a site like Ruwais or Habshan for example, or even an exact date, simply use the filter option to narrow down your search for the quickest result.
PRODUCT GROUP
Users have access to see the Product Groups, Companies and Related Manufactures.

You will also see the exact current numbers that belong to each heading.
Information such as ID, description, company name, contact numbers, product description, related manufactures and if they are pre-qualified are vital for those who must follow up on what is required, these details can all be located in a single dashboard.

The LTPA shows the exact number of the Long Term Purchasing Agreements which have a status of APPR

Stage 1 - PR Buyer Assignment:

The number of Purchase Requisition which have a status of APPRO

Stage 2 - PR to RFQ Creation:
PR's APPR status and RFQ not created

Stage 3 - RFQ to PO Creation:
All RFQ not in closed and canceled status

Stage 4 - PO to Receiving:

All PO in APPR status and receipt is none or partial



The Purchase Requisition which are pending and the designation in the Procurement department they belong to:

SCP – Supply Chain Management
- Purchasing Department
SCPM - Supply Chain Management
- Purchasing Department - Mechanical & Operations Section
SCPE - Supply Chain Management
- Purchasing Department - Electrical & Administration Section

Here, users can view and analyze the PR and PO information, including those that are on time and delayed, in all GASCO sites
The Buyer Analysis can easily be read and analyzed from the graph. Users can click on the bar to go to further details about the Purchase Requisition, including Description, Agent Name, Site, Cost and Status.
The table chart allows users to view the Request Purchase Agent, PR and PO

The chart also helps users easily indicate and follow up on tasks which are overdue as well as the MDR
TIP
A simple and sufficient way of exporting reports and information onto different sources like Excel and PDF, is by clicking on "Export" which is available on all the tabs in the dashboard

Users can also see a booklet version of the information they require, as well as have the option for a quick print

TIP
PR Details gives the users a list of various Purchase Requisition information. From details about the buyer, the PR which was placed, the total cost, as well as the ones which are delayed, these and many more options are located one tab.
TIP
Click anywhere on the table chart to go to more details of the RFQ.
PO Details allows users to see all the information related to Purchase Orders from different angles, such as the PO type and the total cost of the PO.
All the information related to the expediting, which is the final process of the purchasing cycle, is located in one tab. Users are able to gather data regarding the MDR (rejected supplies), as well as the total amount of Purchase Orders and the lines that were received.
Users are able to quickly search and find different companies and query the related manufacturers for a single or multiple product group.
