Start with the beef
Step1 & 2:
1. Cut the steak into small pieces.

2. Boil them for about 5 minutes and filter out any impurities.

What`s Beef Noodle Soup?

3. Cut the onions and use medium-high heat to fry the onions until they’re light brown. Then, put beef into the pan and sauté everything for about a minute. (5min)
4. Add Mi jiu (2 caps), Sugar (2-3 spoons), 2-3 Ba Jia, tomato, & water (add 2/3 of your finger length’s worth above the beef). Then wait for 25 mins.
5. Add carrots, soy sauce (pour in a circular movement to make 1.5 circles), salt (2-3 spoons). Turn the heat down to medium. Wait for 10 mins.
Step6: Last Step
6. At the same time, cook the noodles. Boil water and add the noodles. Remove them after 3 minutes.
Originally from Taiwan and made of stewed or red braised beef, beef broth, vegetables and Taiwanese noodles.
