Games The Paralympic Games are an official Olympic competition for athletes with physical, mental or sensory. The Olympic Games features 26 sports and a total of 39 disciplines. The 2012 Paralympic Games programme has 20 sports and 21 disciplines. The Olympic was created during the 1928 Olympic Games by Jan Wils.Since then, every four years the Olympic flame opens the Olympics, as a symbol of purity and clarity.
