Background of Topic
99 Speedmart is a rapidly growing chain of refreshing 'new.
Improved' mini-markets that meets consumers' needs for groceries.
Offering reasonable price better than any other groceries store.
Effects of their services towards students

The 99speedmart store are located nearer with their house and easy to reach.
To determine the utilization of the shopping tools (i.e. shopping trolley).
To investigate on customers waiting time.
To determine the satisfaction level of the 99speedmart customers.

2.1 Questionnaire Responses :
We have done a questionnaire in Puncak Alam area and distribute it to UiTM students randomly. Total respondent is 80 student and there is no error questionnaire in this process. 27 (34%) male student and 53 (66%) female student answer our questionnaire.
2.2 The utilization on shopping tools

In conclusion, students prefer using trolley instead of basket or none when they want to buy something in 99speedmart.

In conclusion, overall student are like to utilize the shopping tools that been provided by 99speedmart probably they want to buy in large quantity.
2.3 The waiting time for 99 Speedmart customers.

In conclusion, the chart shows that the customer opinion in put some adding value in 99speedmart is dominated by female while male only strongly disagree. Besides that, 27 out 80 agree to add counter and label in 99speedmart in order to reduce waiting time.

In conclusion, overall level of satisfaction is at satisfied with the customer service provided by the 99speedmart. In this chart shows that female dominate whole level over male students.
In conclusion, most of the consumers are satisfied with the waiting time in 99speedmart especially male very satisfied with waiting time compare to female.
Label every aisle according to the products.
In view of the support given to the need of improvement in the 99 Speedmart store at Puncak Alam, the following suggestion are recommended:
Add more Shopping Tools
Add more counters
The employees in 99 Speedmart also need to be friendly with the customers.
Added a lot of product choices.
