Transcript of Medal Of honor recipients

Dakota Meyer is an Afghanistan war veteran. He is the second youngest Medal recipient. Meyer was awarded the Medal of Honor for risking his life to save the lives of 36 soldiers pinned down in a Taliban ambush. The most courageous thing about this is that he was specifically asked not to go, but he went anyways. He is a true American Hero.
One Last Thought
Although their differences, these medal of honor recipients all have one thing in common... sacrifice and honor. They all repeatedly put themselves in the face of danger for our sake. We must take it upon ourselves to learn from these great people and apply their characteristics to our daily life.
