To become healthy you will need to start eating healthily and first of all here to help you are some examples of healthy and unhealthy meals.
Crisp Italian chicken and polenta
.two miny breast fillets,
.big daddy burger,
.large fries,
.large gravy,
.large apple fizzy drink,
.and krushem.
This meal contains 1825 calories and is a good example of an unhealthy meal.
> You will become healthier and have a healthy body weight and size.
> You will be more active and be able to do things.
> Once you are already healthy you will find it easier to lose more weight becasue you can do more active things.
