Blogs are a fun an easy way to promote just about anything, an idea, an opinion, a company or products etc. Disadvantages of blogging... Credibility can be a big issue within blogging, since anyone can sign up and say pretty much anything, it can be hard to tell which sources are being factual.
Blogging is very time consuming, finding the right words, pictures and stories for the right post within a deadline to continue the traffic of the blog
Having a blog opens you up to exposure and criticism. The world is able to read your blog, and once something is sent out into the web it is there forever.
