A unique characteristic of this city is that it is split between two states: Virginia and Tennessee
Rhythm and Roots Reunion
-Local artists and craftsmen sell items in vendors
-This festival brings tourism
-Rhythm and Roots has generated revenues of $925,923
-Because of the success Rhythm and Roots has had they are now building the BCM museum with Smithsonian Institution
