Excellent service. Filicia Wu, Assistant Guest Relations Manager was also great, made my check-out experience fast and hassle free. Source: Ctrip great hotel brand worldwide. the quality matches up with the price I would say. rooms are great and stylish. The gym has lots of equipment (this is important for me). i enjoyed the stay here. the food in the lobby bar was great. The stay could not have been more enjoyable than it was. I just want to take a moment to recognize some of the staff members who made my stay amazing: Brian Peng - lift bar waiter,Kevin Yao - bellhop, Shadow Guo - hostess, Flower Bu - Wok Too waitress, Jessie & Sarah - Il Forno waitress, Antonio Tardi - chef, Vivi - Nadaman waitress, Horizon floor James - manager, Miffy - manager, Grace - manager, Wing - waitress, Casey - waitress, Rosina - waitress, Rose - waitress, Vincent - Horizon floor staff, Sara - housekeeper floor 36. Category: Golden Circle - Gold Your banquet and event team Wang Hai Long, Owen Cao, Martin Li were very accountable, we had great cooperation and they followed up timely for our arrangement issues, thank you! It is very convenient and close to Canton Fair. The service in Horizon Club can be improved to perfect. Nadaman is worth to go every day.
p.s.: Same style, some essence and some quality Shangri-La deliver in every hotel, it makes us forget which Shangri-La we are staying. Guest Name: Vienna A.
