You can binge-watch Netflix for hours, so why can’t you pay attention in a meeting? Despite the unrelenting rumor that your attention span is shorter than a goldfish's, we at Prezi believe that attention spans aren’t shrinking — they’re simply evolving.So we set out to see if we were right by surveying thousands of business professionals from around the country. Our 2018 State of Attention Report , conducted by Kelton Global , assessed feelings about engagement , measured the effectiveness of content types, and sussed out how different presentation approaches resonate with business professionals across demographics. The results suggest some pretty interesting things, including how attention spans are actually increasing (with a few fun caveats).Check out a few of our favorite findings in the infographic below.
