How It's Made

4slices OSCAR MAYER Baked Cooked Ham, each cut into 4 strips


4oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, cut into 32 cubes


4slices OSCAR MAYER Hard Salami, each cut into 4 strips


16 grape tomatoes


16 small Spanish olives


RITZ Crackers



Make It

WRAP 1 ham strip around each of 16 cheese cubes; wrap 1 salami strip around each remaining cheese cube.

THREAD 1 ham roll-up, 1 tomato, 1 salami roll-up and 1 olive onto each of 16 frilled long toothpicks or 5-inch skewers. Arrange on serving plate.

What You Need


2 lb. chicken wings (about 12), split, tips removed


1/4 cup orange marmalade


1/4 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing


1 tsp. garlic powder


Make It

PREHEAT oven to 450ºF. Place chicken wings in single layer in shallow foil-lined baking pan. Bake 15 min. or until browned.

MEANWHILE, combine marmalade, dressing and garlic powder.

Meatballs

What You Need

1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

1/2 cup undrained canned crushed pineapple in juice

30 frozen fully-cooked meatballs (16-oz. pkg.)

Make It

MIX first 2 ingredients in large nonstick skillet.

STIR in meatballs until evenly coated.

BRING to boil on medium-high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Time 20min. Servings:15

What You Need

1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives

1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill

1-1/2 tsp. milk

1/2 tsp. orange zest

24 kettle-cooked rippled potato chips

1 pkg. (4 oz.) thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into 24 strips

Make It

MIX first 5 ingredients until well blended.

ARRANGE chips in single layer on platter. Roll each salmon strip into cone shape; place 1 on each chip.

TOP with cream cheese mixture.

Top 1 slice with Cheddar and several pieces of apple.

Sandwich with the remaining bread.

2 cups macaroni
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can tuna
1 small package cream cheese
½ teaspoon garlic
½ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ cup milk
1 small onion, chopped
¼ cup grape nuts
2 Tablespoons butter

Directions:

1. Cook macaroni per package directions.

2. In casserole dish mix cream of celery, softened cream cheese, milk until smooth.

3. Add tuna, garlic, dry mustard and onion. Stir in cooked macaroni.

4. Melt butter and mix grape nuts into the butter. Spread mixture over top of casserole.

5. Bake in 375 degree oven for 45 minutes. Tuna Casserole Bacon and Cheese Quiche Ingredients:

1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
1 Tablespoon butter
12 bacon slices, crumbled
1 bag Italian blend shredded cheese (or mozzarella cheese)
4 eggs
2 cup heavy cream
¾ teaspoon salt

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread crust into pie plate or quiche plate.

2. Spread crust with butter. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on crust.

3. Beat eggs with rest of ingredients. Pour into crust.

4. Bake 15 minutes. Turn down to 325 degrees and bake 40 more min. Let stand 10 minutes Bacon And Cheese Quiche Barbecued Shredded Beef Ingredients:

3 pounds beef roast
2 onions, chopped
2 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles beer
6 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons liquid smoke flavoring
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
salt to taste
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
2 cups water

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Place roast in a large roasting pan and scatter chopped onions over.

2. In a large bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, salt and pepper.

3. Pour in beer, stir and add to roasting pan. Add water to the top of beef.

4. Cover and cook in oven at 275 degrees F for 4 to 5 hours.

5. When meat is cooked, shred meat with 2 forks, add barbecue sauce and mix well.

6. Serve with baked French fries (made from frozen French fries). Barbecued Shredded Beef
Ingredients:

3⅓ cups Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 cans (8 oz each) pizza sauce (2 cups)
1 package (8 oz) sliced pepperoni
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix and milk until soft dough forms.

3. Drop half of dough by spoonfuls evenly over bottom of baking dish (dough will not completely cover bottom of dish).

4. Drizzle 1 can pizza sauce over dough. Scatter half of the pepperoni over sauce. Top with 1 cup of the cheese.

5. Repeat layers with remaining dough, pizza sauce, pepperoni and cheese.

6. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown Biscuit Pizza Casserole Spicy Shrimp and Broccoli Ingredients:

½ cup water
¼ cup sake, rice wine or chicken broth
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
1 Tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons chili puree with garlic
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
¾ pound fresh or frozen (thawed) uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped gingerroot
1½ cups broccoli flowerets
1 medium bell pepper, cut into strips
4 medium green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
⅓ cup peanuts
4 cups hot cooked rice

Directions:
1. Mix water, sake, cornstarch, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce and chili puree.
2. Heat wok or 12-inch skillet over high heat. Add oil; rotate wok to coat side.
3. Add shrimp, garlic and gingerroot; stir-fry 1 minute.
4. Add broccoli, bell pepper and onions; stir-fry until shrimp are pink and firm.
5. Stir in sake mixture. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute.

2 c. sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups salad oil
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups bananas, diced
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

1. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl. Add eggs and salad oil, stir until well mixed.

3. Add vanilla, pineapple, bananas and nuts. Mix until well blended by hand with a wire whisk or spoon (about 200 strokes).

4. Spoon batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan.

5. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 45 to 45 minutes (test with toothpick). Bake 40 minutes if using 2 (9 inch) pans.

6. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe below). Hummingbird Cake Ingredients:

2 pie crusts, unbaked
6 medium peaches
1/3 cup flour
1 cup sugar
pinch salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Directions:

1. Wash peaches, remove seed, then peel and slice.

2. In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.

3. Pour mixture into a put in a prepared pie crust. Dot the top of the peaches with butter.

4. Place the top crust onto the peaches in the pie pan. Seal the edges then cut a few slits
in the top of the pie crust to let steam escape.

5. Sprinkle some sugar on the top of the pie crust.

6. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes Peach Pie Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT evaporated milk)
1 cup (6 ounces) butterscotch-flavored chips
1 cup (6 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (325 degrees F for glass baking pan). Line a 13x9-inch
baking pan (including sides) with a sheet of aluminum foil. Coat foil lightly with no-stick cooking spray.

2. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter; mix well. Press crumb
mixture firmly on bottom of 13x9-inch baking pan.

3. Layer chips, coconut and nuts evenly over crust.

4. Pour condensed milk evenly over top of everything.

5. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.

6. Lift up edges of foil to remove from pan. Cut into individual squares. Lift off of foil Bar Cookie Recipe Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (190 degrees C).

2. Cream butter and sugar. Slowly add flour and cornstarch. Mix well.

3. Press dough into a 10x15 inch jellyroll pan, score into bars and prick with a fork.

4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, until golden brown. Shortbread Cookie Recipe Drinks Ingredients1 banana, peeled and chopped
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
2 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cooking InstructionsIn a blender, combine banana, ice cream, milk, egg
white and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Time: 10 min. Servings:4 Banana Ice Cream Shake Ingredients1/2 cup frozen cherry juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup ginger ale
Cooking InstructionsPlace cherry concentrate in a glass. Slowly stir in ginger ale.

1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 teaspoon honey

Cooking InstructionsPut all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth.

2 cups ice cubes

1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Cooking InstructionsIn an empty gallon milk jug or pitcher, pour pineapple juice and orange juice concentrate. Shake to mix and pour in the lemon-lime soda. You may need to let the fizz settle and then return to pouring. This will fill up the gallon. Freeze overnight.
Let the punch start to thaw 2 hours before serving. Serve slushy.
