wild thounder storm in july. Trees blew down and two people were killed. Lightning struck a power station and all of Bridgewater lost electricity for a couple of days. Days with highs in the nineties." "By the time we got to high school we might as well have been twins. we texted constantly and work projects together whenever we could" That Wednesday mom and dad had left for their annual week in Maine with a couple they'd known since college. So I was home alone that night when I heard the doorbell. Through the locked screen door I faced a man on our porch. I was standing at the edge of a huge lake in the middle of a dead forest. I could have been in the hilly woods that surround bridgewater, except that the trees were gray, bare, and broken. the brush was scarce, and fune dust covered the ground. the only sound was the lake lapping at the shore. pg. 40 http://tinyurl.com/cjuqyq5 http://tinyurl.com/bl9qe6w http://tinyurl.com/bokj2oj http://tinyurl.com/cgv8pwr pg. 1 pg. 7 pg. 10 pg. 32 by then we could see sevrel buildings surrounded by a wire fence. The camp looked a little like a minimum-security prison. Then there was another sign, very worn and hard to read in the shadows: "Rock of ages Bible camp." http://tinyurl.com/d6bohkk http://tinyurl.com/cyws77o http://tinyurl.com/d5jne32 http://tinyurl.com/cl93s6w http://tinyurl.com/d6q6keq
