Why do Volcanoes erupt?
What is a Volcano?
A Volcano is a hot cone-shaped mountain that hot magma erupts from the main vent on top of the Volcano.
Whats the difference between lava and magma?
The difference between lava and magma is , on the bottom of the Volcano is a magma chamber not a lava chamber.Because the magma is on the bottom of the Volcano where the pieces of rock melt , but when the Volcano erupts the magma terns into lava!
In a Volcano there are layers from the Earths crust. There is a vent where the magma rises up from the main vent on top of the Volcano. That's not the only vent inside , there are three vents the side vent , main vent and the sill vent.On the bottom of the Volcano is a magma chamber. When magma erupts, it terns into lava. On the outside of the Volcano is a ash cloud. An ash cloud comes out when a Volcano has erupted.
What's inside the Volcano?
What causes the magma to come to the surface of Earth?
When the Earths crust gets hot the magma rises up from the volcano then terns into lava. Then the lav will bursts up from the main vent in the Volcano then erupts.
