AND THEY ALL DISAPPEARED So What Happen What happen to the people on board? THE MARY CELESTE THE STORY BEHIND THE DISAPPEARANCE *The Mary Celeste was a British-American ship famous for having been discovered abandoned in the Atlantic Ocean. She had been at sea for a month and had over six months' worth of food and water on board. Everything was in place including valuables. People found it strange to see a ship in perfect condition abandoned. The crew was never seen or heard from again. THE THEORIES Theories range from alcoholic fumes, to underwater earthquakes, to waterspouts, to paranormal explanations involving extraterrestrial life, but what do you think? The Mary Celeste is often described as the ghost ship, since she was discovered in the Atlantic ocean. Thank You For Watching My Prezi Mariella Rondon !! Well although stories vary I know what really happen. The night of the disappearence the captian and crew were on the deck. Caught in the middle of a storm the crew members tried to continue their work. When the captain fell overboard the crew members tried their best to help him. In their attempt to save the captain a wave hit and the crew members fell overboard with the captain. The attempt of rescue was to no avail. No one had antisipated this accedent therefore all their belonging stayed untoched.
