Nucleus to Dumbledore
The nucleus is the "control center" of the cell. It contains all the DNA.
Cytoplasm to Witches/Wizards
The cytoplasm surrounds everything within the cell. It is a jelly-like substance.
Endoplasmic Reticulum is basically the delivery system of the cell. It is made up of tubes that travel all throughout the cell.
Mitochondria to Magic
Mitochondria is known as the "powerhouse" of the cell. It breaks down nutrients and releases energy.
Ribosomes to House Elves
The ribosomes make protein . These proteins are used by other organelles in the cell. When ribosomes are attached to the endoplasmic reticulum, it is called the rough ER.
Vacuole to the House Common Rooms
In a plant cell , there's a huge vacuole that stores water and nutrients.

Like the nucleus, Dumbledore has control over the whole school of Hogwarts. Also, his Pensieve holds all of his knowledge and memories which can be compared to DNA.
Cytoplasm can be compared to the witches and wizards (students) at Hogwarts because they both take up the empty space, and are found "everywhere".
Endoplasmic Reticulum to Portkeys
The endoplasmic reticulum can be compared to a portkey because they both take things from place to place whether it's in a cell (endoplasmic reticulum), or somewhere else in the whole wide world (portkey).
Chloroplasts to the Polyjuice Potion
Mitochondria can be compared to magic because magic is the power source to all things in the wizarding world.
Ribosomes can be compared to house elves because house elves make the food (protein) for all the students in Hogwarts.
The house common rooms can be compared to the vacuole because it's where everything is stored (student's belongings, extra food, and water). Also, a lot of witches and wizards gather there which is similar to how there is a lot of material inside the vacuole.
A chloroplast takes in sunlight and turns it into glucose (sugar). Chloroplasts are only found in plant cells.
Chloroplasts are like polyjuice potion because polyjuice potion turns someone into something else. Similarly, the chloroplasts turn sunlight into glucose.
Cell Membrane to the Sorting Hat
The cell membrane is the "skin" of the cell. It keeps the good things in and releases the bad things.
The cell membrane divides the good and bad just like the sorting hat divides the good from the bad. The good are Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, and Hufflepuff, and the bad is Slytherin.
Cell Wall to Platform 9 3/4
The cell wall supports and strengthens the cell membrane. It's only found in plant cells.
Golgi Apparatus to Honeyduke's Sweetshop
The golgi apparatus packs fats and other nutrients.
Platform 9 3/4 provides extra strength to Hogwarts so that no muggles can get in. Similarly, the cell wall strengthens the cell membrane.
The golgi apparatus is like Honeyduke's Sweet Shop because they both full of fats whether in a cell, or in candy.
