Drinking more than the lower risk guidelines regularly and over a long period of time can increase the risk of having following problems and illness.
- Cardiomyopathy (Stretching and drooping of heart muscle)
- Arrhythmias (Irregular heart beat)
- Stroke
- High blood pressure
When your liver is damaged, it can't breaks down foods and convert it into energy. Over time, you would have following illness.
- jaundice (yellow skin)
- vomiting blood
- fatigue
- weakness, loss of appetite
- itching

Our purpose
We are trying to limit the quantity of liquor that people take, which is to prevent people from taking too much alcohol .
"liquor, you better have less; if not, your life will be at mess."

Youth : In 2012, an estimated 855,000 adolescents ages 12–17 had an AUD which is alcohol use disorder. An estimated 76,000 adolescents received treatment for an AUD at a specialized facility in 2012 (8.9 percent of adolescents in need).
It is because it would slow your mind. That's mean the way you act, think and feel were effected. Most important, you become more STUPID.
Effects on liver
Heavy drinking takes a toll on the liver, and can lead to different kind of problems on livers.

Effects on heart
Drinking too much on a single occasion can damage the heart by weakening the heart's muscle.
In general, excessive drinking exerts negative influence on human body. As to our video, we hope the audience to learn about the amount determines people's behaviors.
The people who addict to alcohol should have controlled themselves and take the advantages of it. There are some following solutions:
Reduce related family concerns or relationship problems.
Increase your ability to be productive at work, school, and home.
Reduce legal problems
This is one-sided
Drinking liquor moderately benefits people.

Women should not regularly consume
