Only because I know I can get more.
I never gave thought to the water and products needed to grow the vegetable and meat I love to eat.
It's a Shame!

How much I waste?
Then I thought, how could I make a difference?
Don't forget about leftovers.
There is nothing wrong with leftovers. A couple of minutes in the microwave and your hunger in over.
Cook the amount of food I will need
This will help to reduce waste.
Wasteful
Americans waste more than 40 percent of the food we produce for consumption. That comes at an annual cost of more than $100 billion. At the same time, food prices and the number of Americans without enough to eat continues to rise.
