The simple interactive CHECK-IN solution
PassportScan started life as a software development company,focusing
on products in the hospitality industry which streamline operational performance with innovative integration.

During the development of their own PMS system Galaxycloud we
realised the lack of integrated technology of ID scanning and Electronic documentation within the existing market place.

Looking at the issues the Hotel industry faces on a day to day basis we realised that the one area which had one of the biggest effect on a guest
experience was the one most manual work ....
High chance of Human error as dealing with guests ID from all over the world
Duplicate and incorrect guest profiles

Dependency upon paper based documentation
Very little interaction between Staff and Guest

In a traditional check-in the receptionist are not focused on the
guest, they are focused inputting data and printing and copying
documents.
