The Process Map
Interacted as much as possible with the stakeholders. Asked lots of questions, observed, took notes, let them play with the prototypes and got their feedback.
Thought of as many ideas as possible, even crazy ones, deferring judgements.
Design Thinking is an iterative process. Re-crafted the problem statements, ideas and prototypes as many times as required. My inner 'Design Thinker' benefited from learning by doing.
I will start at home !! Lots of room for DT in family relationships.
Empathize: I will not assume things & feelings. I will ask WHY often. I will listen a lot more . Then I will craft problem statements and make sure they are actionable
Define: I will start being creative !! Will take TIME to think of ideas, even crazy ones !!
Prototype and test: I will do things !! Will listen & observe, get feedback and go back to the beginning as required
