Alan’s leadership style is based on The relationship-oriented leader, he performs better in situations of intermediate favorability because human relations skills are important in achieving high group performance. In these situations, he may be moderately well liked, have some power, and supervise their performance that contain some ambiguity. A leader with good interpersonal skills can create a positive group atmosphere that will improve relationships, clarify task structure, and establish position power.

LaMont enjoy working and Joanie does work well

CONCLUSION
In conclusion we realize that leadership style depends on the person himself, there is no right or wrong leadership style , we are all not equal in thinking and have different perspective on things, . In today’s multigenerational workplace, with people of widely different ages and readiness levels working side-by-side, many leaders find that they have to use multiple styles to lead their teams, regardless on the enviorment.

This shows that we can apply his leadership style in this case, because he already has followers and subordinates who trust and respect him as a leader.
He can be a little more task oriented but every effective leader has followers and he has that already
