Here is your reader's notebook! Let's take a look inside at the different sections.

After your discussions, create your first informal entry.

Answer any/all of the questions below.
Be sure to write the date in the top right corner and label this Journal #1.

Have you enjoyed the book projects? Why/why not?
Take a peek at some of the amazing books we have here in our classroom! Have your notebook open to tab #2, "Books I Plan to Read." If any catch your interest, write the title.
This is where you will write responses to your reading.
With your notebook open to the "Books I Plan to Read" tab, you will preview the set of books on your desk. If any catch your interest, write down the title. After 2 minutes, you'll rotate to the next table.
