What is anxiety and how to cope with it
This presentation is going to be about different coping mechanisms and how you can talk to people about your problems if you ever feel like u need to get it out.
How and Why? Talking about anxiety.
What is Anxiety?

A signal or mechanism that makes us worry about certain things or situations.

Anxiety Disorders:
-
Social anxiety can be fear of rejection or judgement
-
Panic disorder can be fear of performance events or really intense fear


Talking to Adults
-
Trusted adults can include parents, grandparents, or other family members

Talking to adults can lower stress levels and just give you an outlet instead of keeping it in
Reasons why to talk about your Anxiety

You can bring relief to yourself after telling someone
-
Whoever you tell might be able to give you advice or get you help

Personal Experience
From my experience with anxiety, it has never been easy and bottling up emotions is what I do. I've only ever told two close friends I can trust and my mom and it gave me a sense of relief to know that i could go to them. Anxiety may be scary but knowing you can go to someone is such a good feeling.
