1. Mindfulness and dealing with stress
I feel that I have become a lot more mindful when dealing with stress. I feel that there are a lot of ways in which I can combat it, and I am happy I have found the means to do so.
I want to be even happier than I am now!
And mindfulness will help me get there!

2. Living Environment
I have made a lot of adjustments to ensure that I have a happy and stress free living environment. I am lucky to have the ability to move things around, and I made renovations on my office to be a more pleasant space

3. Mindful Breathing
I have spent a lot of time focusing on my breathing, and it has done wonders for me. I think that is has directed me more with my inner thoughts and goals, and helped me stay more in tune with what my needs are.
I made sure to focus on my breathing while walking in particular, and it is so much more peaceful
4. How do I take care of my body?
I spend more time taking care of my body by knowing what I am doing. I have a fitbit tracker, fitbit scale, as well as a food tracker. Being in touch with what I eat and how much I exercise has helped me with mindful weight loss and increase in strength!

5. Rest, Relaxation and Recreation
I have included rest, relaxation, and recreation by spending more time outside, with my family, with my dogs, and in my running shoes. I also spend time on videogames when I am feeling non-physical, and it is doing wonders for my stress levels!

6. Significant People
The most significant person in my life is my husband, and I feel like I truly show up to be there for him, and to let him be there for me as well. I don't know what I would do without him, and he has changed my life for the better.
