Transcript of Princess Diana
The Honeymoon was told to be great. They started the honeymoon at Mountbatten family home at Broadlands, Hampshire, before flying to Gibraltar to join the Royal Yacht HMY Britannia for a 12-day cruise through the Mediterranean to Egypt. They also visited Tunisia, Sardinia and Greece. They finished their honeymoon with a stay at Balmoral. As the princess of Wales she became the 3rd highest rank right after the queen and her mother. After the marriage, the couple made their homes at Kensington Palace and at Highgrove House, near Tetbury. Joy was brought to many people when it was announced on November 5th 1981, that Princess Diana was pregnant and it was bound to be a boy. One huge thing that happened during the pregnancy was that 12 weeks into it she fell down the staircase and suffered some severe bruising. Luckily the baby remained untouched. A few months later she gave birth to William Arthur Philip Louis, on June 21st, 1982, in St. Mary's Hospital. 2 years later Diana announced her second pregnancy. Prince Charles really hopped it would be a girl to complete his perfect family, yet she gave birth to a boy. A boy named Henry Charles Albert David. He was born 2 years after William on September 15th 1984. She was a wonderful mother to many but there were a lot of rumors spread about her including one that stated that Henry was not the son of Prince Charles. She was not only a wonderful mother but also she did lots of community work. She would sell lots of her expensive dresses and take the money from that and donate that to charities. She would also go to hospitals and hug and shake hands with people with HIV and such. (Sometimes when people has those types of illnesses people chose not to talk or touch them.)
Diana had found love with a man that was not her religion and if your a former princess you should not be with other people that where not your religion. Diana did not care. She was happy with him and they even dated for a while. She was in a limo in a tunnel in Paris when a bunch of paparazzi kept on taking pictures. (Yet another royal scandal) It is told that the flash caused for the driver to get distracted and from all the lights so, the driver could no longer see the road in front of him. On August 31st, 1997 her companion Dodi Fayed, the driver, Henri Paul, and Princess Diana died. They suffered a fatal car accident. Her burial was on September 6th, 1996. She will live in the hearts of many, and is still remembered as the princess of our hearts. Diana, R.I.P. Long live Princess Diana.
Where It All Started
Mr. Prince Charles
In Park House Sandringham, Norfolkin July 1st, 1961 at 7:45 p.m a princess was born. She was named Diana Frances Spencer, and was given the title of a princess a few years later. She was introduced as the fourth out of five children or the youngest daughter in the family. Sadly, at age 8 her parents divorced because of her mothers affair with Peter Shand Kydd. While her parents' separation, she chose to go live her mother in London. Shortly afterwards, Lord Altroph won custody of Diana with the help of his former mother in law. Lord soon got happily married with Lady Dartmouth. Diana showed lots of shyness towrds others but she showed lots of interest with music and dance.
In 1968 Diana attended Riddlesworth Hall School, an all-girls boarding school, and while she was not in Riddlesworth she was in a public school. When it came to grades she was not all that hot, so she was changed to West Health Girl's School, also an all-girls boarding school. She was known as a poor student, having failed the O-levels twice. However, her real strength was shown in music. She soon became an accomplished pianist. Diana did lots of community service and even won an award in that school for her great work. Soon enough, she expanded her love for dance by becoming one of the royal ballerinas. Her talents did not just stop there, she also took part of the swimming and diving team.
Prince Charles was under the pressure of getting married. Luckily he lived literally next to Diana. As kids they would sometimes spend time together but not much time. I mean, he was 13 years older that her! Since the both families got along so well, they wanted to see if the two families would unite. Prince Charles and Diana started hanging out together and soon found out they were happy that way. Together. Soon enough on February 6th, 1981 he proposed and surely she said yes. The proposal was kept secret for a couple of weeks, until February 24th 1981 as to where she chose a wonderful ring. At age 20 she became Princess Diana of Wales, on July 29th,1981. She married in St Paul's Cathedral, and was watched by over 750 million people! It was told to be a fairy tale wedding, just like the ring.
*Princess Kate and Prince William had a custom ring made for her just to look like Diana's.
In the year 1990 their marriage started shattering like glass. It seemed as if they were not even married! He had already started an affair with his ex-girlfriend Camilla. Princess Diana also started an affair but this time with Major James Hewitt. These affairs where exposed in May 1992. This type of information blew up all types of news papers! I mean it was the royal scandal! In an interview she stated "Yes, I adored him. Yes, I was in love with him. But I was very let down [by him]." She was let down by this affair. "Well, there were three of us in this marriage, so it was a bit crowded." and "I'd like to be a queen of people's hearts." In December 1995 the queen asked for a "early divorce". In February 1996 she accepted the divorce and by August 28th, 1996 she was a free woman.
A Bioagraphy By
It impacted millions of us, and her death was unbearable. I understand if it hurt like why did she die , but how do you think the children and close relatives felt? 16 days after Diana's death, Prince Harry turned 13 years old. (Worst Birthday Gift Ever) Diana's sister decided to bring a bit of joy into his birthday. She gifted him a computer and play station for his birthday. She says that's what Diana was going to gift him, so she gave him that in memory of his mother. Prince William gave a speech ,much older, on mothers day.In one part of the speech, he stated "It is hard to no be able to say mommy and it seems like such a small thing, but once it actually happens, its not that small."
