We think that Daniel Inuoye and Mary Edwards Walker deserved the Medal of Honor because they both showed Valor, and they never gave up even when there were hard times.
-Daniel is a boy while Mary is a girl
-Daniel worked in the military while Mary worked in the army
-Daniel was given the Medal of Honor by President Bill Clinton, while Mary was given the Medal of Honor by President Jimmy Carter
-Daniel was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, while Mary was born in Oswego, New York
-Daniel was a soldier while Mary was a War Department Surgeon for the army
