At 14 I moved to Florence,Italy. I was an apprentice to the artist Verrochio. At 20 I was excepted into the Florence Painters Guild.
My fathers name was Ser Piero. My mothers name was Caterina. I had a half brother when I was 5 years old.
I painted my first ever famous painting called The Arno Valley on 1473. Lorenzo The Magnificent invited me to work for him. I invented the tank but never built it. I was an engineer of the Duke of Milan. In 1513 I painted the Mona Lisa, the subjects name was La Giocanda.
I am a scientist and an inventor. I was an engineer for the Duke of Milan. I was a painter for Verrochio.

I was born in Vinci,Italy on April 15,1452.
I am left handed. My parents were divorced before I was born. I had thousands of ideas for inventions in my notebook but only a few were used. My full name was Leonardo De Ser Piero Da Vinci.

I made several machines for the army to use. I made paintings that are in museums around the world. I was excepted into many organizations.
