Inventions
There were many important inventions made during the Renaissance that have inspired the creation of inventions that are used today. An important invention, the printing press, has helped to spawn numerous variations of it, creating hundreds of ways to print things. As a result, the printing press has with spreading new ideas, one being humanism, as well as being the domino effect in the advancement of technology.
Art
With many works not being based on religion, but reality, humanism influenced much of the art made during this time. This painting, made by Leonardo da Vinci, was influenced by humanism, in which people of this time were interested in exploring the Earth.
Architecture
These two houses are examples of the architecture that was used during the Renaissance. Both houses contain columns and domes, in which they exemplify the belief of humanism. The belief in humanism was believed to be becoming a more secular art form This form of architecture is very popular today, as it can be seen on many buildings.
Literature
As a part of humanist study, many scholars wanted to find works of poetry and history. This also inspired many to write poetry of their own. A famous poet during the Renaissance is John Milton.
Inventions
What seems to be an extremely important invention from the Renaissance is the clock. The invention of the clock made it easier for people to tell exact time, rather than having it written down on paper or via hourglass. The invention of the clock has generated many forms from digital clock to wristwatch.
